There are some things in your control - which you should focus on!

Like any situation in life, there are things that you cannot control and things that you can. It helps to think and deal less with the things that we cannot control and instead to focus on things that we can control.

​Two factors which are useful to focus on are our emotional wellbeing, which can be influenced by various exercises appearing on this website, and our physical wellbeing, which is also connected to our mental health, since even a small amount of physical activity can reduce levels of stress and anxiety.
